'Victor' is a compact crape myrtle cultivar that grows to 3-6' tall. It is an upright-rounded, deciduous shrub that features terminal crepe-papery inflorescences (6-9" long) of dark red flowers from mid to late summer, dark green foliage which turns yellow-red in fall, and reddish-brown bark which exfoliates with age.
